El uso de la cámara oculta en el periodismo de investigación es una constante en nuestros días. Hasta la fecha, el Tribunal Supremo ha considerado el método legítimo, si bien invasivo en determinadas ocasiones, por atentar contra los derechos a la intimidad y a la propia imagen. El Tribunal Constitucional, en cambio, lo ha considerado inconstitucional, a pesar de que cabe preguntarse si queda prohibido en todo caso, o podría ser válido en la medida en que la imagen y el sonido de la persona captada se distorsionaran hasta el punto de hacerla irreconocible. De esta forma, a mi juicio, quedarían a salvo los derechos a la intimidad y a la propia imagen.

Valencian handball consists in hitting the ball with the hands and it may contribute to injury development on the hands. This study aimed to analyze skin temperature asymmetries and recovery after a cold stress test (CST) in professional players of Valencian handball before and after a competition. Thirteen professional athletes and a control group of ten physically active participants were measured. For both groups, infrared images were taken at the baseline condition; later they underwent a thermal stress test (pressing for 2 min with the palm of the hand on a metal plate) and then recovery images were taken. El instrumento se dividió en cuatro dimensiones: a) características técnicas de la imagen, b) otras imágenes relacionadas con el personaje, c) otras imágenes relacionadas con la actividad física y d) otras imágenes. The aim of the present study is to determine the treatment given to the pictures of the body and physical activity in Physical Education’s textbooks for Primary School. The sample consists of 997 images of nine textbooks published by five publishers. A descriptive analysis was performed on the variables gender, age, race, and somatotype that refer to the body, and type, scope, space, and level of practice referred to physical activity. Results show that stereotypes still remain regarding the body and physical activity, emphasizing the male, white, thin and youth body that practices sports and motor skills. Objectives: In this paper, we present ProstateAnalyzer, a new web-based medical tool for prostate cancer diagnosis. ProstateAnalyzer allows the visualization and analysis of magnetic resonance images (MRI) in a single framework. Methods: ProstateAnalyzer recovers the data from a PACS server and displays all the associated MRI images in the same framework, usually consisting of 3D T2-weighted imaging for anatomy, dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI for perfusion, diffusion-weighted imaging in the form of an apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) map and MR Spectroscopy. Low contrast, speckle, micro-calcifications and imaging artifacts like shadow poses serious challenges to accurate prostate segmentation in transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) images.
